Hey people out there, welcome back to my blog. It’s wedding season now, I thought let’s talk about wedding dresses. Sometimes many of us get confused in choosing dresses,that  to be worn on weddings. Almost every one of us love to attend functions. But the problem is to wear the appropriate dress. Indian weddings are not that easy. There are many rituals followed. For weddings almost everywhere the three days are most important  mehndi, wedding and finally reception. What to wear  on what event creates confusion.

Here, in this blog we are going to discuss and be clear in what to wear on our special days ? Whether it be a relatives wedding or a friend’s wedding or our wedding, we are always exited. Isn’t it?

Mehndi outfits

Let’s get started with the selection of mehndi outfits. Mehndi outfits should not be heavier. Sometimes people make mistake by choosing the heavier one and struggles in the  whole function. In mehndi functions, we can see people applying mehndi to each other, singing and dancing. They keep sangeet concerts. In this time, the correct choice of  outfit is essential, if you does not want to get irritate and waste time in handling heavy outfit.

So, the better choice is to wear simple, modern and light weight dress. Yellow or green  embroidered  dress  with stone work or mirror work would be the best choice in mehndi functions. It can be  this type of embroidered with stone work kurti, simple lehenga with dupatta.

Or it can be this type of outfit, which is beyond lehenga. This looks beautiful with light green embroidered kurti, light weight gharara and embroidered dupatta with lace work.

When comes to the groom, what will be best than yellow or white kurta pyjama with printed waistcoat.

Wedding outfits

After the whole joy of applying mehndi, singing and dancing on mehndi function, the very next day comes wedding. Wedding, the most important day in everybody’s  life. It is the most memorable day for everyone, so wedding dress should be very special.

Wedding dress should be in bright colors. Bright color wedding dress looks more attractive than the light colored one. If you think of wearing lehenga then very good choice because bridal lehenga in red, maroon, dark pink and golden colors gives adorable look.

Wedding outfit must be bright, heavy worked and beautifully dressed. For groom sherwani in golden, red or maroon will be the best.If it is matched with the  bride’s dress then it  will be even more attractive.

Reception outfits

Reception is the final function. Reception outfits may not be that heavier like wedding one . Now, reception outfits  can be light colored also. These may include mostly gowns. Sarees also has their own fantasy. Cream color, peach color, golden, baby pink,purple, royal blue – these colors gives beautiful look.

Generally, outfits  of the groom and bride are matched. Groom’s outfit for reception will be black suit with black bow or matched suit with the bride’s outfit.
